Meet Laura Diers

Architectural Designer

ReD Home Designs is rooted in a deep understanding of how spaces are built—not just how they look.

With a degree in Architectural Drafting and a strong foundation in interior design, the work is shaped by both technical training and creative instinct.

Laura’s early experience in the field began with a custom home builder, specializing in kitchen and bathroom layout design—where function, flow, and real-world use became the foundation of every decision.

That perspective was further developed working alongside an architect, contributing as both a draftsperson and interior designer—bridging structure and aesthetic in each project.

Since founding ReD Home Designs in 2009, that combined experience has continued to evolve through hands-on remodeling, painting, tiling, and design work.

Today, the focus has shifted more toward design—where years of real-world experience inform every detail.

Each project begins with a walk-through.
An opportunity to understand the space, its history, and the people who live there.

From there, the design takes shape—balancing function, longevity, and how a space feels when you step into it.

The goal is not just to update a space, but to create something that feels like it has always belonged.
